The design of the black, 26 cm high frying pan by Staub is inspired by the Spanish paella pans. Of course, it is not only suitable for frying, but also for frying fish and meat or braising vegetables. Its smooth bottom makes it a real all-rounder in which many delicious dishes can be prepared effortlessly. This pan also looks decorative on the table. The round dust frying pan has a particularly high rim and thus offers plenty of space for delicious vegetable compositions and other dishes. It is made of cast iron and can therefore be used on any stove, on induction hobs – and even in the oven. Cast iron stores heat particularly well and releases it slowly to the food. This ensures that all ingredients cook evenly and retain a full, tasty aroma. In addition to the 26 cm high version, the dust frying pan with two handles is available in a smaller version with a diameter of 20 cm and as an extra-large pan with a diameter of 34 cm. The pan is also available in the colors red and graphite gray. Just choose your favorite color and the right size and fry or braise in the dust frying pan whatever you like – whether vegetarian, meat or fish.
