The 5-layer GRANITIUM non-stick coating is also suitable for intensive use at temperatures of up to 250 °C. Thanks to the non-stick coating of the pan, you can almost completely omit with the addition of oil and fats. The heavy-duty forged pan features a stone finish, making it a stylish cookware and serveware item. The Radiant induction base heats up quickly and evenly, especially on induction hobs, but also on all other types of stoves. 

The red colour of the thermopoint display on the handle lets you know whether the pan has already reached the ideal temperature. A bright green dot indicates the pan has cooled. 

Turning and stirring are particularly easy, as the pan is flat, scratch-resistant and also suitable for the use of metal kitchen utensils. You can clean the pan in the dishwasher or easily by hand.
